Max Savar Wins YMCA Servant Leader Award in Charlotte

Max Savar, the associate executive director of Membership and Healthy Living at the Harris Family YMCA, has been awarded the 2023 Harry Brace Servant Leader Award. Max has been a part of the YMCA community since 2000, starting from Chicago to Kansas City before joining the Harris Family YMCA in 2018. Max is known for his positivity and innovative spirit, which inspires others to reach their goals and be their best selves. He leads by example, supporting his team and creating a sense of community among members.
The YMCA of Greater Charlotte also recognized other community honorees in 2023, including Sharon Hinson from YMCA Camp Thunderbird, Dalton Moore from the YMCA Association Office, and Ashley Morgan from Lowe's YMCA. These individuals have made outstanding contributions to the YMCA family.
