Bangor Police Chief Mark Hathaway received the 2024 Ethel N. Kelley Memorial Award on Wednesday. The award was presented to him during the Maine Municipal Association’s 88th Annual Convention held in Augusta. Chief Hathaway is shown in a photograph with Elaine Aloes, the immediate past president of MMA’s Executive Committee.
