Man Arrested for Assaulting Elderly Landlord in Spring

A disturbance occurred at 16000 Pebble Bend Drive in Spring, Texas, where Deputy Palacio from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 has taken a male into custody. The individual is accused of assaulting his elderly female landlord during the incident. Constable Mark Herman’s Office is handling the situation.
